Change on pick up time: Please call us at least 1 hour prior to your pick up time. 
Cancellation: Please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your pick up time in order to receive a full refund. A 20% admin fee will be deducted from your refund with less than 24 hours notice. 
 
Pick up instruction: There is a pre-order pick up sign on the left side of the shop. Please wait in that area, our staffs will come over and bring you the boxes. You DO NOT need to line up at the walk-in-order line on the right side of the shop. Please kindly be patiences and maintain social distance.
